About Aaron Cook
During the last decade, the head of our Missouri bankruptcy attorneys, Aaron Cook, has personally assisted some 450 debtors with various types of bankruptcy proceedings. These include proceedings under Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Aaron is a graduate of Yale Law School. He oversees the law firm’s bankruptcy services and manages relations with any affiliate Missouri bankruptcy attorneys to ensure that every client of the Missouri Bankruptcy Center receives prompt and convenient service.
About Coleman Ellis
Coleman R. Ellis is a partner at the firm of Ghafoor Cook & Associates, LLC, where he focuses his work in the areas of debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy, and general business and real estate transactions. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas and Utah.
Coleman assists individuals, non-profits and businesses to overcome financial challenges and get back on their feet; or to liquidate and close their doors in an organized and ethical manner. Much of his work involves representing debtors and creditors in cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. His business clients include franchisees, hotel owners, manufacturing concerns, food service providers, health-care companies, religious-based organizations, and real-estate holding companies.
Coleman is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association, the Utah Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He received a juris doctorate from of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, an MBA from the Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah.
